A face becomes a landscape, where bodily discomfort grows into environmental instability.

System Refresh is an experimental 3D animation that transforms facial discomfort into a changing landscape. Heat, cracking, volcanic activity, flooding and artificial repair turn bodily sensations into increasingly unstable environmental events, exploring psychological anxiety through space, surface and transformation.
